Bloxlabs

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

The short version

We collect what we need to run Bloxlabs for you: your account, what you make, and, if you use Auto, the Roblox games you choose. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your creations to advertise without asking.

What we collect

Your account: your email, name and profile picture, and, if you sign in with Google or Roblox, the basic profile they share with us.

What you make: your prompts, chats, uploads (like characters, logos and reference images) and the thumbnails you create, so they're in your library when you come back.

Payments: your plan, credits and billing history. Card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store them.

Auto: the Roblox games you give Auto access to, their names, descriptions and public thumbnails, and the thumbnail numbers Roblox shares with you (like impressions and play rate). We keep your Roblox connection securely so Auto can keep working while you're away.

Basic usage: things like when you signed in, the pages you visit and buttons you press, which link brought you here, your device and browser, and errors, so we can keep the service working and safe and see what to improve. We use PostHog for this. If you accept analytics cookies, PostHog remembers your browser across visits; if you decline, we only count visits without cookies.

Bot checks: when you sign up or log in with email, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person. It looks at your browser and connection, not at what you type.

How we use it

To run Bloxlabs: make your thumbnails, keep your library, run Auto, and show your results.

To handle your plan and payments, and keep track of credits.

To email you about your account and, if you use Auto, when it has new picks or suggestions.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the service, such as hosting, database, email, payment and AI image providers, and only what they need to do that job for us. They aren't allowed to use your data for anything else.

Roblox, when you ask: for example when you connect your account or upload a thumbnail to your game.

Authorities, if the law requires it.

We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your settings. With your OK, we also use PostHog's analytics cookie to understand how Bloxlabs is used; you can say no in the banner and change your mind by clearing your cookies. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete something, like a project, it's removed. When you close your account we delete your data, except what we must keep by law (like payment records).

Your choices and rights

You can see, download, correct or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Disconnect Roblox at any time in Auto or in your Roblox settings. To close your account or ask about your data, email jonas@bloxlabs.io and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Bloxlabs is for people 13 and older, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to our terms for you and make or approve any payment. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email jonas@bloxlabs.io and we'll close it and delete its data.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app first. Questions: jonas@bloxlabs.io.
